Mantiene el aroma y el sabor de la trufa fresca, con diferente textura. Envasada al vac\u00edo en tres formatos, para facilitar su uso: trufa entera, trozos de trufa, trocitos de trufa, con los tres formatos mantenemos la calidad que nos caracteriza.<\/p>\n<p>COMPOSICI\u00d3N<br \/>\nPor cada 100 gr. de trufa:<br \/>\nKilocalor\u00edas: 25<br \/>\nProte\u00ednas: 1,8<br \/>\nHidratos de carbono: 4<br \/>\nFibra: 2,5<br \/>\nColesterol: 0<\/p>\n<p>REGISTRO SANITARIO 21.20572\/TE\/CEE<br \/>\nTrufa lavada seleccionada seg\u00fan criterios propios. Congelada con sistema r\u00e1pido, en decimas de segundo lo que hace que no pierda propiedades ni cualidades.<\/p>\n<p>La trufa negra o tuber melanosporum se presenta en tres formatos para que el cliente elija, seg\u00fan sus necesidades. Todos los formatos se sirven en bolsas al vacio de 500 gr:<br \/>\na) Trufa entera: piezas de m\u00e1s de 20 grms.<br \/>\nb) Trozo de trufa: trozo de m\u00e1s de 20 gr<br \/>\nc) Trocitos de trufa<\/p>\n<p>CONSERVACI\u00d3N:<br \/>\nEl producto debe conservarse congelado.
