In some cases, certain products, such as those refrigerated or frozen can be delivered within 24/48 hours.
In the case of some products delivery times can be up to 5 or 7 working days depending especially on the destination and the case in particular as well as on the available stock for these products. Nevertheless, delivery availability should generally be specified in each of our products.
For orders over 110 € STANDARD shipping (48-72 hours) is FREE.

* Gourmet food products require specific logistics and in addition, dealing directly with natural products from small producers makes us establish the best criteria for each shipment, so that it arrives as soon as possible in the best conditions while taking into account the difficulties of handling these delicatessens.

At gourmetnoir.com we expect our customers to be an active part of our quality assurance department, providing feedback on the appearance, taste, delivery and overall satisfaction of consuming our products, thereby if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of our products and/or delivery service to your destination we will gladly assist you in order to solve these deficiencies.
* If your order arrives in bad conditions, say; breakage, damage and/or missing products please contact us within the first 24 hours if possible, and we will pick up, replace and send you back these products at no cost. ** In such cases it is, however, necessary to have these damaged products available, for us to collect.
In accordance with article 68 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16th, the Client is entitled to the right of returning an order within fourteen days of its receipt, assuming the client himself covers the amount of the return expenses.
Only returns of products that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
– The order must be returned with all its products, with its original packaging and its original seal without breakage, as well as with all its accessories and in perfect condition.
– Returns of products that do not come in their original packaging will not be accepted unless they are defective due to some type of defect during shipment or simply due to wrong product delivery. In this case, gourmetnoir.com will pay the cost of returning the product and sending you back a new product as soon as possible.
The procedure to return a product starts with an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone to + 34 633403669 or at our contact page, specifying the order details, your identification, reasons for the return, and in the case of being defective, a photo of the product as it arrived. After you send us this e-mail or notification we will answer you in the shortest possible time. If all the requirements are fulfilled, we will proceed to the refund of the amount of the order, except shipping costs, in accordance with the payment method that you used in the purchase, or instead we will proceed with the free shipping of a new order according to the process that we finally decide by mutual agreement, once the previous order or product has been returned. The return must be done using the same box which gourmetnoir.com sent you, or in a similar format which guarantees a return in perfect conditions. A copy of the delivery note within the package must be included indicating the reasons for the return.
If the reasons for return are extraneous to gourmetnoir.com, e.g. if the merchandise is in perfect condition but still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The costs of the return will NOT be borne by gourmetnoir.com.
GOURMETNOIR.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE EXPENSES RESULTING FROM THOSE REFUNDS THAT ARE MADE WITHOUT RESPECTING THE STEPS ESTABLISHED IN THIS PROCEDURE OR THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION.
